These are simple chewy protein cookies that contain very few ingredients and because they have Casein in them, they are actually MEANT to be eaten just before bed because your body will be going a long period of time without protein so feed it the slow digesting goodness #yourwelcome

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
1 Scoop of Casein Chocolate Protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp crunchy organic Peanut Butter (yyyessssss)
Few tablespoons of water until cookie dough consistency is reached. You can substitute water for unsweetened vanilla almond milk to hit that cookies & cream combo!
Bake at 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for approx 10-12 minutes.
Go put on your pajamas and let them cool completely otherwise they are super soft (I am definitely guilty of not being able to wait). Enjoy!
