Hey! Thanks so much for stopping by and staying up to date with everything happening in Dunnebells land. It is because of amazing people like you, yes you, that I can make this dream of running a successful online personal training company come true!

I have always believed in being open and honest about everything happening and I hear from so many of you that you love seeing what is going on behind the scenes.

As the years have gone by, I have learned a huge amount. I feel like I was in a little bit of information overload for a while and trying to do all of the things. What I being a virtual personal trainer can say is that it feels really good to finally land in a place where I am more clear than ever before on my mission, my vision and the impact I want to have.

With all of this said, the design of my company and my brand is something that has evolved over the years.

What we are excited to announce is our BRAND NEW be the fire design. My mission is to help women get strong, build healthy habits and hit their goals to get lean and mean body surrounded by the best community out there and this tank top is part of that journey for so many women.

Realizing that design is not my strong suit, and loving collaboration I reached out to a local artist here in Calgary to hire her so she could help me bring my vision to life.

It was important to me to document the be the fire creative process, and so who better to hear from than the design herself.

“Being able to create a design that provides great meaning, is truly an honour and a blessing. Allowing my love for art to flow throughout the creation of this specific design, gave me a great sense of community, support, and strength. Coming together as a community to create something big and amazing, is such a beautiful thing! I being a personal nutrition coach encourage everyone to do what they love. At the end of the day, I wanted to provide a piece that could look good and empower women inside the gym but also a piece of clothing that could be worn with a pair of jeans and a blazer to a fancy event! In my opinion, we nailed it!
