Healthy smoothie recipes for weight loss that also help with binge eating

Peanut Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

Only Ingredients You Need -

  • 1 Cup skim milk 

  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 

  • Large banana cut into chunks 

  • 1 Teaspoon honey 

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

  • 3 Ice cubes

Steps To Make It -

  • Place the milk, peanut butter, banana, honey and cinnamon

  • Puree until it gets smooth.

  • Add some ice cubes and pulse just until the ice crushed.

  • Now pour into a glass, sprinkle with additional cinnamon.

Why it works -

The banana helps to control your appetite and reduce bloating. Whereas cinnamon acts as an anti-inflammatory that aids digestion to help your body process food better. Adhering this rich protein smoothie on a regular diet can help with Binge Eating.

Mango Chia Seed Smoothie

Only Ingredients You Need - 

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk 

  • 2 Medium bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds 

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks

Steps To Make It -

  • Place the ingredients in the blender and blend it until smooth.

  • Add on little sweetness - if needed you can add a tbsp or more of honey

  • Pour into an individual serving glasses as binge eating help you enjoy the flavours

Why it works -

The chia seeds are full of fibre, #funfact only 2 tablespoons have almost 10 grams of fibre. Mango is a great fruit to add to your smoothies because it is low in carbs and fat.

Take a sip of this Mango Chia Seed Smoothie and feel energetic.

Kale Pineapple Smoothie

Only Ingredients You Need -

  • 2 Cups chopped kale leaves  

  • 1 Frozen medium banana 

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 

  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter 

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces  

  • 1 to 3 teaspoons honey

Steps To Make It-

  • Put all of the ingredients in the blender, then blend until smooth! Yes! It is that easy. 

  • NOTE: I usually do not prefer adding Kale stems as they can be too fibrous.

  • I recommend starting by blending kale and almond milk. Then add the remaining ingredients from there.

  • Optional: If you wish a thinner smoothie, splash in more almond milk. 

Why It Works-

Kale contains fibre, calcium, antioxidants, vitamin K, and many others. It is also a good source of vitamin C and iron.

Believe me! It is a perfect wake up call smoothie during weight loss programs.

Tropical Carrot Smoothie

Only Ingredients You Need-

  • 2 1/4 cups carrot juice 

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango 

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple 

  • 1–2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced

Steps To Make It -

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, starting with carrot juice and milk and then frozen ingredients (frozen fruit and ice).

  • Blend until frozen pineapple and mango are fully blended. Serve immediately.

Why It Works-

Carrot contains vitamin A that fights acne, wrinkles, pigmentation and also uneven skin tone. In fact, the juice is rich in fibre that eases bowel movement and excretion, thereby cleaning your stomach. With pineapple and mango, it will give you a dose of protein and calcium that you need.
