The perfect balance between working hard and having fun. It's about building community, enjoying great food & drink, taking time to relax and unleashing your inner fire.

Light up both your mind and your body during this intensive one day retreat perfectly design with you in mind.

Held at the beautiful 100-year old property "The Coutts Centre" just 1 hour outside of Calgary.

"There needs to be an event where I can go and take some time for ME to talk about my struggles, my goals, make some deep connections and finish the day with a drink and laughter".

"I am done with the fluffy self-care workshops. I want something real and raw that will actually give me the tools I need to make change happen".

Be The Fire retreat is like all of your dreams come true.

Find yourself suffering from any of the following:

I am just "too busy".

I constantly have a to-do list that never seems to get any smaller.

One of my biggest fears is making the "wrong choices" in life.

Looking in the mirror is something I try to avoid because it makes me unhappy.

Food is NOT my friend.

It is time to slow down and let go. This full day will focus on releasing tension so you can feel deeply renewed. This full day will also focus on lighting your inner fire so you can truly become the best version of yourself.

Time: 9am - 5:30pm

Where: The Coutts Centre, AB

*There will be some body weight movement incorporated into this day, all fitness levels welcome*

Detailed itinerary:

9am - Meditation (not the woo-woo type) 

10am - Reflection and intention setting workshop

10:30am - Guided walk - Stereotypes and self image

12pm - Mindful eating - Food relationship

1:30pm - Outdoor body weight movement and restorative session

2:15pm - Free time to explore the beautiful surroundings and take some "you" time to work on above tems.

3:15pm - Journal workshop - Habits, Breakthroughs, Motivation, Routines, Self care.

*freshen up*

4:45pm - Sit down with your friends and hosts for a scrumptious meal cooked with fine seasonal ingredients.

5:30pm - Close and thank you.
