Healthy (and delicious) Tater Tot Nachos!

These Tater Tot Nachos may be all you need to keep your health-eating lifestyle in check. Why? Because they are SO delicious and trust me when I say to you, they do not feel like “diet” food.

Don’t wait for the weekend to indulge. During the week it is totally okay to have a big ol’ plate of comfort food!

This Tater Tod Nacho recipe does skip the sour cream but you won’t be upset because the buffalo sauce that coats the cauliflower tots is out of this world. The buffalo sauce includes health powerhouses such as Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce and more ingredients you wouldn’t be surprised to already find in your kitchen.

Tater Tot Nachos with Collagen Buffalo Sauce


  • 2 T ghee

  • 1 T coconut aminos

  • 1 t unfiltered apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ t onion powder

  • ½ t garlic powder

  • 1 C hot sauce

  • ¼ t cayenne pepper

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides


  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients and whisk to combine over medium heat.

  2. Drizzle sauce over cauliflower tots.

  3. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
