Makes 3-4.
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
½ cup liquid egg white
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ scoop protein powder
Splash of almond milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375.
Grease a pan approximately 8” x 8” in size.
Blend all ingredients and pour batter into pan.
Bake between 15-20 minutes and then cut into protein bar squares.
