All items will delivered within 21 business days from the date of ordering. Shipping times might vary depending on location, Shipment method and other factors.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and shipping method.

+ How do I change my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your order once it has been placed. We may be able to cancel your order (if it has not been packed) and then you are able to place a new one.

+ Can I cancel my order?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed. To cancel your order please email hello@dunnebells.com

+ What if i received the wrong order?

If this happens, we are so sorry! We are humans and sometimes eros do occur. If this happened to you, please accept our sincerest apologies and get in touch via email so we can rectify the issue.

+ Can I return my order?

All sales of our apparel are final. No exchanges or refunds. Please take care when placing your order.

+ What do I do if my item is faulty?

Dunnebells must be notified within 30 days of purchase about your fault.

You will need to include a photograph of the item with a description of the fault.

You must include "proof of purchase", being either the order confirmation, invoice from Dunnebells or bank statement. All items go through quality checks prior to being sent out, however sometimes production faults are accidentality missed. If you think you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@dunnebells.com.

+ What payment methods can I use?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Apple pay.

+ Sizing?? How does it work?

Please refer to the sizing guide on each individual item which can be found on the product page of that item. If you have specific size related questions get in touch wih us by emailing hello@dunnebells.com.

+ Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as the customer are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the you.

+ Do you offer gift cards?

Dunnebells can offer e-gift vouchers. Please email hello@dunnebells.com to arrange.

+ Where are Dunnebells products made?

We use a range of International Manufacturing Partners, the factories we use also supply major International Brands. These factories are audited every year to ensure that all International standards are met and to ensure that workers are paid fairly for hours worked, have safe working conditions and where accommodation is required that they have a safe and clean place to stay.
