Before I started the 8 week programme I was nervous and a little taken aback with the amount of information there was. But Lucy really took the time to explain everything to me. The workouts looked awesome, each day was something different and focused on a specific area of the body. The first few weeks were great, the workouts were tough and pushed you, but after I felt great. Lucy checks in regularly about your progress, she was always on hand to answer my questions, and always took the time to listen when I had doubts or reservations. I did have to stop half way through the programme because of football injuries, but up until that point I really enjoyed it. I faced some of my fears about the gym, trying new machines or new moves that I thought I’d do wrong. But if you never try you’ll never know and I’m glad I did it.

Before I started this 8 week fitness plan I was fairly fit but was getting tired of the same gym routines. Now I go to the gym 20-30% shorter for 6 days a week, have gone from barely being able to do 3 ab circuits to 5, vastly increased my cardio stamina and generally feel way better about my fitness! Now if I could just stop injuring myself in other ways I’m sure I’ll see way more results soon! Thank you Lucy, you are an exceptional and inspirational lady!
