Lucy Dunne, the founder of Dunnebells, is no stranger to the online personal training world. You can find her all over Instagram, showing up as her true self and changing the way women think about their bodies.

Ever heard the saying “Don’t take advice from people who aren’t qualified to be giving it”? That statement is super important to founder, Lucy Dunne. Lucy has been through a lot when it comes to wellness, and she has seen it all. She has had the privilege of going through her highs and her lows and coming out on top. Her passion is her ability to share her story - her battle with self-image and self-love - with women around the world. By combining her story, with her education and determination to change the world, she has created this 8-week program with you in mind.

After experiencing emptiness, loneliness, and a lack of confidence both when she was 215lbs and when she was 135lbs, she finally said ‘No More’. She was determined to create the ‘ideal program’ that she only wishes was available to her when she was in the thick of her eating disorder. She has created a community where women agree to show up as themselves, they encourage and support one another, and they don’t ever give up. She is your trainer, your coach, your best friend, and your confidant. She is a leader, she believes in you wholeheartedly, and she knows that you too, can do hard things.
