We are truly honoured to be able to offer an event that allows us to share our passion for bringing people together as well as our love for health and fitness. This event not only combines personal fitness training with a mindful yoga practice there will be a social food element to deepen our interactions and develop our community.

The workout and yoga portion is designed to balance the physical, mental and emotional bodies which make-up who we are. What we allow ourselves to receive, and how we choose to give back to the wonderful community we live in, is equally important to us. That is why we are excited to come together and enjoy some delicious food that will enhance all the hard work you put in.

Lucy Dunne the founder of Dunnebells will be hosting an information session after the yoga & workout talking about things that so often people don't talk about. With eating disorder week upon us, this discussion will be geared towards the complicated culture we have developed when it comes to our relationship with food, exercise and appearance. You won't want to miss this!

A fire lives inside each of us. Lets light that fire up together, and have some fun energizing the body while waking up the mind and spirit.

Things to bring: training or running shoes, water bottle, yoga mat and any other yoga props you like to use (modifications will be provided for support if you don’t own any props).
