  • Inside our app, you’ll get a fitness program tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle.
    You get to choose how many days per week you want to workout (with suggestions from the professionals of course) and your program will be tailored to your current lifestyle - considering whether or not you have access to a gym or what equipment you may or may not have at home

  • Your coach is very good at what they do and they’re committed to helping you achieve your goals. They are qualified and have years of experience helping people find joy in movement, and strength training, and they’re passionate about community.

    You will receive coach check-ins as well as reminders and feedback from your coach to help you stay on track, create sustainable habits and keep you accountable to your goals.

  • It’s no surprise that the majority of us like to know that we’re improving and getting stronger as time goes on. Inside our app, members can utilize the built-in tracking for things like personal bests, weight lifted in a week, workout streaks, mindfulness practices, mobility sessions + more.

  • Members receive full access to our on-demand portal (a comprehensive and growing library of additional resources) that includes, but is not limited to - equipment-free workouts, gym workouts, vacation workouts, workouts to do when it is that time of the month, warmups, cooldowns, mindset activities and more.

  • Want to stay on top of things outside of movement? We’ve included helpful tools such as habit tracking to help you keep up on things that are important to you. Keep track of things such as daily water intake, how much and the quality of sleep you’re getting, how many steps you’re taking, whether or not you’ve taken your vitamins consistently throughout the week and other nutritional and mindset habits.

  • Organized and inclusive forums where you can interact with our community, take part in additional challenges, share your wins, meet potential accountability buddies and more. Topics of discussion are Informational, Inspirational and on brand - but there’s also a fun side to it all as well. We encourage our members to be themselves and show up as they are.

  • Integrations with Apple Health and Google Fit for ease of use.
