Ingredients:

½ ripe banana

2 tbsp almond flour

¼ cup plain greek yogurt

½ tbsp cocoa powder

1 scoop protein powder

Pinch of baking powder

Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter.
 

Directions:

Mash banana and stir in all remaining ingredients.

Pour batter into square dish or a mug that has been greased or sprayed with non-stick oil.

Zap in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

If using, spoon 1 tbsp of peanut butter into bottom of dish before pouring in the batter. Tip cake upside down once cooked to create a gooey peanut sauce for brownie.
