Ingredients:

1 handful baby arugula

1 tsp fresh lime juice

1 sprouted whole grain tortilla or wrap

2 tbs hummus

⅓ cup chickpeas - drained and rinsed

Handful of cherry tomatoes - halved

½ small red onion - diced

1 tsp pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 tbsp crumbled feta

Directions:
Toss arugula with lime juice.

Spread the hummus in the middle of the tortilla or wrap and top the hummus with chickpeas. Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds, onion, feta and cherry tomatoes. Add the arugula last.

Roll up tightly and enjoy.
