Ingredients:

1 thinly sliced chicken breast cutlet per serving

½ tbsp chicken seasoning blend (low/no sodium)

2 slices of sprouted whole grain bread - toasted

½ apple of choice - thinly sliced

Handful of mixed lettuce leaves

2 tbsp dijon mustard

Optional: 2 slices gouda cheese

Directions:

Season chicken and grill on bbq, tabletop grill or in a pan on high heat. Cook until golden brown.

Meanwhile, spread both pieces of toast with mustard. Add grilled and sliced chicken to sandwich, cheese if using, apple slices and mixed lettuce. Return sandwich to grill if desired or serve as is. Enjoy!
