Lion’s Mane mushrooms when in powder form has a mild, sweet flavour. I would recommend mixing in baked goods or a smoothie to mask the taste. Some say it has a seafood flavour, think lobster or crab.

Lion’s Mane can vary a lot in strength, purity, and composition so it is important to be mindful of where you are getting your mushrooms from. The amount you need to take will depend largely on the strength of your extract. Be sure to read all the instructions on the packet of the products you choose.
