COLLAGEN BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 3/4 cup flour (almond, chickpea, regular)

1 1/2 cup organic cane sugar (or regular sugar)

1/2 cup ghee or coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

1 tsp baking soda

4-6 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1/4 - 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)


METHOD

Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit.

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, milk, and mashed bananas.

Add baking soda, collagen and flour.

Stir in nuts if using.

Combine well and bake in greased pan for 1h 20 minutes (or until toothpick comes out dry).
