9AM - OATMEAL WITH FRUIT
10AM - APPLE
12PM - KOREAN BEEF BOWL
2PM - RICE CAKES WITH P.BUTTER
4PM - TRAIL MIX WITH CHOCOLATE
6PM - TOAST WITH AVOCADO
8PM - SHRIMP PESTO PASTA
10PM - COOKIE
