Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 4 mins

Total time: 9 mins

Ingredients:

1 small banana

1 scoop ON chocolate protein powder

1 medium egg

1/4 cup oats

Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Greek yoghurt, blueberries and raspberries, to serve.

Instructions:

1. Make batter by placing all ingredients (except toppings) in blender.

2. Heat pan over medium-high heat and use coconut oil if you have it so the cakes don't stick! If you don't have it, you really should consider changing that..just sayin!

3. Pour mixture in little blobs (half the mix should make about 3-4)

4. Cook for approx. 1 minute each side. Repeat. Serve with ANY toppings you wish. My favourite is yoghurt and fresh berries.

Here is the sweet part!!

MACROS FOR ENTIRE RECIPE - Excluding toppings so you are free to adjust!
