We all have that one food that we believe is worth cheating for. Mine is definitely a burger, not just ANY burger though. My mouth is watering just typing recipe and I hope you all will enjoy it just as much as I do.

Cook Time: 25 min
Total Time: 35 min
2 cups ground beef (450g or 15.9oz)
1 large carrot shredded
1 large onion chopped finely
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup old dutch Sour Cream & Dill pickle roasted chips (trust me) finely crushed
S&P to taste
Big pinch Steak spice
Big pinch Dill weed
Bun of your choice (doesn't have to be gluten free, go crazy!)
Creamy Avocado spread - drooooooling
Optional toppings: Beets, spinach and tomato
Preheat that oven to around 400.
Combine beef, onion, carrots, egg and chips in a bowl well. Form into 4 patties. BOOM! #leftovers
Bake in the oven with sweet potato fries for approx 25 minutes. You can turn the burgers once if you wish.
Smear bun with creamy avocado spread, install desired toppings and sink your teeth in!
I try to limit myself to one big cheat meal a week. I believe that the right cheat meal can offset the drop in hormones when we eat a calorie-deficit diet and can actually increase your metabolism for days after.
Tip: For ultimate enjoyment remove pants and all tight clothing before consuming burger.
